Course evaluation for GG5126,  Marine Petrophysics

Your response to this course evaluation will help us in our continuous development of the course, and also contribute to the development of education at the entire Stockholm University, as the first seven questions are used in all courses given. After the survey has been closed, the quantitative sections of the survey will be published at the course page together with the responsible teacher analyzed of the evaluation. The evaluation is anonymous.
Thank you!

Learning outcomes

After completing the course, the student is expected to be able to:

• Describe and choose appropriate measurement methods used to derive basic petrophysical properties of marine sediments
• Quantitatively evaluate the voltage conditions in marine sediments and explain how they affect petrophysical properties.
• Predict how lithological changes will affect physical properties in sediment
• Develop a quantitative petrophysical model for marine sediment by combining measurements and established empirical relationships between sediment petrophysic key parameters
