SU FV-4055-24  - Award for Good Teaching 2025

"The Award for Good Teaching — 2025" will be awarded to academic staff who through the way in which they teach create favorable conditions for students’ learning by, e.g., using stimulating and engaging methods of teaching (lectures, examples classes, seminars, practical exercises, group work, tutoring, etc.), providing constructive feedback, and employing carefully designed methods of assessment.

When you answer the questions below you should describe why you think that the teacher should receive the award. It is important that you try to describe the teacher’s professional competence as completely and concretely as possible. More than 250 teachers are nominated each year and a leading group of only 10 or so teachers is chosen purely on the basis of the submitted nominations. During the selection process of the leading group, the nominations are anonymized.*

Please note that the award is restricted to teaching carried out within Stockholm University.

This is in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 3 of the Freedom of the Press Act, which states that a document is considered public if it is held by an authority and has either been received by the authority (Section 6) or drawn up by the authority (Section 7).
